A lot of people will be against the idea of the V-MIDI, because it will change the music industry forever. This device is the biggest thing since the piano. I already heard people say why not real guitars or a real keyboard player? The V-MIDI will allow a person to create music at the level of their imagination, if you can think of it you can create it with the V-MIDI, because the sound originates from your voice, which is converted into any sound imaginable. The V-MIDI inception is just a matter of time. It is not a replacement of instruments; it is an addition.
V-MIDI: MIDI Voice Recognition Device will revolutionize MIDI recording:
Audio Signal goes into – (Analog – USB Microphone) - into- (Octave Selection Device) –into- (Digital Signal to MIDI Signal Converter – Analog Signal to Audio Output reducing Latency) –into- (Software Application)
The V-MIDI Process
#1: Audio Signal with a note is sent through the USB Microphone which becomes a digital signal.
#2: The Digital Signal is given an octave through a handheld switch.
#3: The Digital output is sent through a device that converts the digital signal into a MIDI signal with 16 Channels.
#4: The Software application assigns the signal a voice or instrument sound.
#5: Automatic key synchronization. The audio signal is always on key, by playing the nearest key to you audio signal.
The result is you will be able to use a voice or any instrument through USB Microphone to trigger MIDI sounds. We can call this the V-MIDI, for Virtual Musical Instrument Digital Interface.
Some Important Features:
#1: Frequency Response Limiter: When you use the V-MIDI you only need to record one octave. Therefore the FRL will find the frequency you send the vocal through and keep out noise from outside this frequency range. This is an excellent feature for the average user who does not have a soundproof room to use the V-MIDI in.
